Panama Case Decision Result

Panama case again PM Nawaz Sharif decision Islamabad, Supreme Court of Pakistan declared prime minister of Pakistan Muhammad nawaz Sharif disqualified on the appeals, which were lodged against him in the honorable apex court.
According to media, the large bench of Supreme Court headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, and other honorable judges like Justic Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan, Justice Ijaz Afzal and Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed were included in this larger bench. The larger bench read out the decision, which was saved on 21 July 2018. All of the five judges of the Supreme Court gave the unanimous decision to disqualify the premiere and the apex court ordered NAB to file the reference against him in the court within 6 weeks.
When the two judges gave the decision against the prime minister on 20 April then three judges asked for further probe in the case and they asked for the formation of the JIT for further investigation and they completed their report within t60 days but the ruling party could not satisfy the JIT members about the assets and income of the sharif family and their business.
Nawaz Sharif was found involved in the panama gate scandal and there were serious allegation of making the off shore companies and they transferred money illegally, which is also called money laundering, which is serious crime. The court asked questions about the illegal property in London and the money trail to build up their business and property in the foreign countries but they could not produce any document before the court. After long hearing of the case, now the apex court of Pakistan gave the decision of disqualification of the prime minister of Pakistan from the office of the prime minister. The court also ordered the election commission of Pakistan to de-notify Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
